Jeff Brooks is a healthcare marketing and management professional with a strong, diverse, and unique background in physician practice development, management, and marketing. Originally a medic in the United States Air Force, he was given an Air Force Achievement Medal for saving the life of an automobile accident victim.  After leaving the Air Force, Mr. Brooks taught post-secondary education at National Education Center (NEC) in Des Moines, Iowa.  He was soon promoted to the Medical Department Head for NEC’s Medical Assisting program.  This included overseeing all aspects of  NEC’s Medical Assisting program which provided Medical Assisting students with  the clinical and administrative skills needed to work in a medical office.

Mr. Brooks left NEC to become a Practice Administrator for Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) in Des Moines, Iowa.  There he worked closely with CTCA’s home office to develop successful marketing programs for the oncology practices he managed in Des Moines, Iowa.  Soon, CTCA put him in charge of  several different oncology practices in several different states and promoted him to Area Manager.   He was responsible for overseeing the operations of these practices to include  implementing many different marketing solutions for the practices including e-mail marketing, nurture marketing, and web-site development.  He left CTCA to become Vice President of Development for Physician Health Corporation in Atlanta, Georgia where he developed cancer centers throughout the United States.

Mr. Brooks also worked as a Trainer for iScribe, a provider of  an electronic prescription solution for medical offices.  He was responsible for teaching medical offices how to use this technology in their office.  This included on-site demos, training during patient visits, and follow-up training to ensure proper utilization of the electronic prescription device.

More recently, Mr. Brooks worked as a consultant for several businesses included a dermatology practice where he implemented effective Internet strategies such as e-mail campaigns, pay-per-click campaigns, blog strategies, and other search engine optimization solutions.
